Position: Process Operator – Rotating ShiftWe’re looking for dedicated Process Operators to join our team at the Trewin Street Plant, where innovation meets precision in manufacturing.
What You’ll DoAs a Process Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing advanced machinery and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with our Team Leaders and contribute to a high-performing production line.
Roster & Hours

• 12-hour rotating shifts, operating 24/7
• Same roster as Coordinators: 14 shifts in 21 days, followed by a week off (effectively 14 shifts in 28 days)
• Shifts run 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am
• Work 50% of weekends: 2 weekends on, 2 off
• Optional overtime: average of one extra shift per fortnight

Pay & Progression

• Base rate: $31.60/hr
• With penalties for night shifts, weekends etc, the effective rate is approx. $39.08/hr at Level 0

Progression:

• Level 0 for ~4 weeks
• Level 1 within ~6 weeks after that, with an effective rate of approx. $43.60/hr (inclusive of penalties)
• Further level increases attainable

What You’ll Bring

• Valid LF Forklift License with 2+ years exp operating an LF Forklift (required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing or production line operations (machine operating) (required)
• Basic digital fluency (Microsoft Office Suite)
• A safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Physical readiness for manual tasks
