We currently have opportunities across Day, Afternoon & Night Shift for Manufacturing & Production Operators to join the Operations Team at Baxter Laboratories in Boronia, VIC.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Leaders and Supervisors, responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Setting up and operating equipment

Packing off on the production lines

Cleaning and maintaining equipment parts

Working along the production lines

Completing documentation for the filling and packing

Following GMP regulations and SOPs

Dispensing Raw materials and Manufacturing bulks (Manufacturing team only)

Shift times for Production are as follows:

Day Shift: 7 AM to 3.06 PM

Afternoon Shift: 3.00 PM to 11.06 PM

Night Shift: 11.00 PM to 7.06 AM

Shift times for Manufacturing are as follows:

Day Shift: 6 AM to 2.06 PM

Afternoon Shift: 2.00 PM to 10.06 PM

Night Shift: 10.00 PM to 6.06 AM

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience within a Food/Pharmaceutical Production/Manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Experience on bottle/tubes filling machines highly desirable.

Experience working a team environment in a fast-paced environment

Mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Initiative, enthusiasm and a strong attention to detail.

Hourly rates will be as per the Baxter Laboratories Enterprise Agreement 2025.
