The Role
This is a dynamic and hands-on role — ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, juggling priorities, and keeping things moving. You’ll be the central point of contact for technical support, coordinating tasks across teams, and playing a key part in ensuring customers get prompt, high-quality service.
It is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday. You’ll be joining a down-to-earth team where a good sense of humour and the ability to handle a bit of banter go a long way. We are located in the Northern Beaches.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact for after-sales product support, technical queries, and general product training and warranty information
Troubleshoot and resolve both B2B and B2C customer questions
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and deliver timely solutions
Manage technical support and warranty claims from start to resolution, providing updates to customers and managing servicing teams
Develop product knowledge to confidently respond to customer inquiries
Maintain detailed records using our IT and ticketing systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes
About You
You’re a switched-on operator – confident using systems, quick on the uptake, and calm under pressure. Maybe you’ve come from a tech support, helpdesk, service coordination, or trade support background. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in – and you love making sure things run smoothly.
We're looking for someone who is:
Practical, solutions-focused, and easy to deal with
Tech-savvy, with strong system and coordination skills
A clear and confident communicator – on the phone and in writing
Naturally organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise on the fly
Comfortable managing others and leading by example
Motivated by ownership, structure, and making an impact day-to-day
BENEFITS
$75,000 to $80,000 Base Salary.
