The role
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for the providing support for a Power Saving Bonus Program and related projects that promote strong long-term outcomes for energy consumers.
It is a 6 months contract role with possible extensions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of Power Saving Bonus applications
- Respond to consumer enquiries regarding the Power Saving Bonus program, providing clear, accurate, and prompt information in a customer-focused manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational service delivery issues
- Support with the ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project performance and outcomes
Required
- Min 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer
- Experience working in energy sector or government sector
- Knowledge of contract management
- Good communication skills
