As we grow, we're looking for a full-time Co-Care Partner (Client Coordinator) to join our Parramatta team. No healthcare experience? No worries — we provide full training. We want great humans who care.

About the Role

You’ll support clients from onboarding through to ongoing care, including budgeting, managing queries, and maintaining records. You'll collaborate with stakeholders like care managers and providers to ensure services align with clients’ plans and government guidelines.

What You’ll Need:

Strong admin and communication skills

A client-first mindset

Confidence using computers and solving problems

Police check (or ability to obtain)

Australian working rights

Bonus if you have:

Experience with Home Care Packages or Aged Care

Case management background

Aged Care qualifications

Knowledge of PRODA or My Aged Care portals
