We are looking for talented Chefs to join our amazing kitchen team to take our beautiful beachside venue to exciting new heights!

The successful applicants will be those who are passionate about their work, are dedicated team players, who have demonstrated experience in a similar working environment and who are keen to adapt in these ever changing times.

The successful applicants must have experience with very high volume kitchens as well as have the following attributes;

- have a love for using top quality produce to create exciting dishes

- be passionate about food & the hospitality industry

- experience in a similar role within a high volume venue

- have great food safety practices

- be a team player and take pride in your work

- be able to work well under pressure

- be punctual & reliable

- supervise food preparation and plating to ensure the highest food standards in cooking techniques, quality and consistency are met and maintained

- keen eye for presentation and attention to detail

- ability to multitask & think on your feet
