About you

We are looking for someone who has:

at least 5 years experience in a similar position in a high volume fast paced facility

experience with refrigerated freight

demonstrated experience working with logistics, freight & delivery services

hands-on attitude and physically engages with the team in all activities

the ability to efficiently manage a team of Operations Admin and Drivers

High Risk Forklift License (required)

This role is suited to a highly experienced Warehouse Supervisor and would be suitable to drivers who want to come off the road who have managerial experience.

Key responsibilities/accountabilities will include

Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse and dock areas

Supervising dock operators, drivers and office teams to meet day to day tasks

Ensuring the smooth delivery and receiving of all freight coming through the depot

Assisting in loading/ unloading if required

Acting depot manager in depot managers absence
