We’re currently looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehousing operations in Oxley, QLD. This is a key position responsible to help drive improvements in inventory flow, layout optimisation, and ERP integration (Microsoft Business Central).

What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily warehouse operations including goods in/out, order picking, and racking coordination

Work closely with the production and dispatch teams to meet daily fulfilment targets

Supervise and support warehouse staff and forklift operators

Take ownership of warehouse layout, picking efficiency, and storage logic

Utilisation of Warehousing features in Microsoft Business Central

Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation

Run pre-start meetings and contribute to fortnightly warehouse improvement reviews

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and promote a tidy, well-run warehouse

Engage in hands-on tasks — this is a boots-on role, not just office-based

Participate in layout redesign and process mapping initiatives

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a warehouse or stores leadership role (manufacturing preferred)

Solid forklift experience with a current LF licence (essential)

Strong working knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems (Business Central experience highly regarded)

Physically fit and capable of working in a hands-on environment

Proactive communicator, confident working closely with production, dispatch, and management

High attention to detail with excellent time management

Comfortable in a high-mix product environment (SKUs ranging from 10kg to 2T+)

Bonus Points For

Prior experience in heavy fabrication, mining or machinery manufacturing

First Aid certification

Experience rolling out new systems or processes (esp. ERP or inventory systems)

A mindset for continuous improvement — someone who notices and fixes inefficiencies

About the Role

Location: Oxley, QLD

Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 12:00pm Fridays

Salary: $37–$40/hr, negotiable based on experience

Uniform: Warehouse Supervisor operates on the floor, high-vis long sleeve PPE required

Reports to: Factory Manager

Employment Type: Casual with a view to permanency after a probation period for the right candidate
