A Senior Accident & Health Underwriter is required to be based remotely (with a longer term view for growth to then be accompanied by an office and additional staff).

As the Senior Accident & Health Underwriter you will be responsible for utilising your extensive broker contacts in the independent non global space to promote & write an extensive suite of tailored A & H policies with full Underwriting Authority.

Your contacts maybe just Vic based, but could also include those in NSW or other States.

You will report into the Head Office and work closely with the Management, to get full backing and help in carrying out your role successfully.

You will have administration help, (again from Head Office to start), allowing you to concentrate on the high level work of Underwriting new risks while developing the brand within your broker connections.

Going forward, the growth may see you take on a Management role, as new Underwriters in other lines will be recruited into the office.

Additionally you will represent this company nationally at various UAC & Steadfast exhibitions.

To show the commitment of this Underwriting Agency, they are willing to pay a base salary up to $180K, plus super, plus an achievable bonus system linked to KPI's.
