About the role

You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered safely, on time and on budget. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning and delivery of projects
• Coordinating with site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and progress reporting
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
• Driving quality outcomes while mentoring junior team members

Skills and experience

• A background in civil construction, commercial streetscape/landscape, or public realm works
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and build trust with stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of construction programs, contract administration, and project financials
• A practical understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality assurance frameworks
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred but not essential)
