Locations: Club Rathdowne (Wollert) & Club Trillium (Mickleham)

We’re looking for a proactive, energetic, and community-minded team member to help create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment at our exclusive resident clubs. These vibrant facilities include a gym, swimming pools, tennis court, family room, and private function spaces—used daily by residents and their guests.

This casual role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, and approachable, with availability to work weekends, weekday evenings, and occasional daytime shifts during the week

About the Role

As a Club Staff Member, you’ll play a meaningful role at the heart of a vibrant residential community. This isn’t just about supervising facilities—it’s about creating a welcoming environment where residents feel supported, safe, and valued. You’ll have the chance to build real connections, assist people in their health and wellbeing journey, and work as part of a positive, team-focused culture. As a Club Staff Member, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Club. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with residents

Monitoring facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational guidelines

Managing administrative tasks and supporting club bookings or programs

Responding to incidents calmly and professionally, including conflict resolution where required

Supporting risk management processes and reporting appropriately

What You’ll Need

A friendly, professional approach and strong communication skills

Confidence in upholding appropriate behaviour standards with both adults and children

Current First Aid and CPR certification

A valid Working with Children Check

Willingness to obtain a Police Check upon appointment

Availability to work weekends and weekday evenings is essential
