Peak Plumbing & Gas Services is expanding, and we’re searching for a Senior Administrator to join our Residential Division. This is a fast-paced, varied position best suited to someone with a background in plumbing or construction administration who thrives on staying organised, juggling schedules, and keeping the team moving.
🔧 About the Role
This full-time role sits at the heart of our Residential Division, supporting project delivery from initial job set-up through to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
Site Measures (Ascons) & Inspection Bookings – coordinating with internal teams, builders and clients
Job Set-up & Template Creation – ensuring every project kicks off with accurate documentation
Scheduling & Forecasting – managing calendars, trades, inspections and resource planning
Quote and Purchase Order Support – collating pricing, measurements and materials
Admin Oversight – file management, permits, invoicing, customer comms, and general office duties
If you’re organised, proactive and can keep multiple plates spinning without dropping quality or communication, we want to hear from you.
✅ Your Background
We are seeking a confident, experienced administrator with strong communication skills and a practical mindset. Plumbing or trade-based experience is highly desirable, particularly if you’ve worked with:
Job management software like SimPRO, TSheets, or Xero
Residential or construction environments
Scheduling and workflow coordination across multiple teams
✨ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administration role
Previous experience in a plumbing or construction setting preferred
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Solid skills in Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms
Strong time management, attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude
Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and suggest improvements
