Position: Versatile Retail Assistant – Cash City Pawnbrokers (Full-Time)

Location: Guildford ,Morley, Midland & Kelmscott)

Hours: Full-time + Overtime Opportunities (Evenings & Sundays Included)

Pay: From $28/hour + super + overtime/penalty rates

Are you practical, reliable, and good with people? Do you have a sharp eye for value and enjoy a bit of variety in your workday? We’re looking for someone to join our team at Cash City Guildford, where no two days are ever the same.

About the Role:

We’re in the business of buying, selling, and lending money on a wide range of items — from tools and motorbikes to gold, electronics, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with a small, supportive team helping customers and assessing items for purchase or pawn.

Who We’re Looking For:

We need someone who’s:

Mechanically minded or has a good understanding of tools, bikes, and gadgets

Reliable, honest, and punctual

A strong judge of character with great people skills

Physically healthy and ready to pitch in wherever needed

Fun, easy to get along with, and a team player

Able to spot a bargain — and a bad deal — from a mile away

Versatile and flexible (you might work across all four stores)

Ideally local to Guildford or surrounding suburbs

Pawnbroking experience is great — but not essential. What’s more important is the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
