FULL-TIME TRADESMAN – RENO ALLROUNDER

We’re Ridge Renovations — a down-to-earth renovations company based in Perth, specialising in custom kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries. Business is booming and we’re on the hunt for a full-time tradie to jump on board.

If you’re a solid allrounder with experience in carpentry, cabinet making, tiling, plastering, or shopfitting — and you don’t mind a bit of variety in your week — you’ll fit right in.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to deliveries, storeman duties, general plastering, installing bathroom fixtures, hanging doors and others general task on a renovation job site. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and communication skills, as well as the ability to perform a variety of other tasks related to home renovations.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but you’ll regularly be:

Installing vanities, shaving cabinets, and bathroom accessories

Patching walls and doing minor painting touch-ups

Cleaning and prepping jobs for handover (we love a tidy finish!)

Delivering materials to site

Communicate with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to the desired specifications

Helping with all things reno-related — depending on your skillset

We work on nice residential jobs, not massive commercial sites. You’ll be trusted to do quality work without someone breathing down your neck.

Requirements:

Must have own vehicle & valid driver's license

Must have own tools for general purpose.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a trade environment or handy work

Experience with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, tile and concrete

General knowledge of gyprock, plastering & render, fitting accessories through tiles, applying silicone.

Ability to read and interpret plans

Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment as needed

We will be providing a Fuel Card and any additional tools that may be required
