Position: Prep Kitchen Supervisor/ Butcher
Location: Northbridge, WA
Employment Type: Full-time (Flexible shifts – 4 or 5 days per week)
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, keeping things organised, and getting into a solid daily routine? We're looking for a Prep Kitchen Supervisor/ Butcher to take charge of our back-of-house prep space, where the main focus is breaking down chicken, portioning beef patties and other ingredients for our restaurants.
This is a hands-on, practical role ideal for someone who takes pride in consistency and cleanliness, has solid knife skills, and enjoys working mostly solo. If you're dependable, can manage your own time, and like keeping things in order, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Breaking down 40–50kg of chicken breast per shift into restaurant-ready portions
Maintaining and managing prep kitchen stock levels and storage
Organising prep schedules based on what each store needs
Occasionally ordering and receiving ingredients (basic computer skills helpful)
Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and food-safe
Working independently most days, but occasionally coordinating with the main team
Managing the flow of production so restaurants stay stocked
Lifting and moving boxes, tubs, and bags of ingredients – some heavy lifting required
