About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Laborer, Roller and Water Truck Operator to join our team at Civilpro Excavations in Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Operating rollers and water trucks to compact and prepare construction sites

Performing general construction labour duties, including site preparation, excavation, and material handling

Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment

Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the wider construction team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards

What we're looking for

Relevant experience as a civil laborer, roller or water truck operator, preferably in the construction industry

Proficiency in operating a range of construction equipment, including rollers and water trucks

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

Valid construction industry certificates and licenses
