As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Civil Operator to join our dedicated team.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment and be capable of performing a wide range of tasks related to plant operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a variety of plant equipment, including but not limited to excavators, posi tracks, rollers and water carts.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify and report any issues or abnormalities.
• Assist in the setup and shutdown of plant operations as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, dockets and other relevant information.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Plant Operator or similar role in a civil construction company.
• Tickets / VOC for Posi track, Excavator, Roller and Water Cart.
• GPS Experience (Essential)
• Final Trim Experience (Essential)
• Current HR Driver's license.
• Understanding of basic construction activities and methods.
• Good knowledge of hand tools and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in plant operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Physical stamina to work long hours.
