About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Andersens team. Your experience can be diverse from a variety of sales backgrounds. We are happy to train you in all aspects of the role. We just need your willingness to learn the business and fit in with a friendly team, who pride themselves in exceptional customer service.
Experienced sales professionals and interior designers will also thrive in our business as you provide expert assistance to both residential and commercial customers with their window and floor covering needs. This will be achieved through the selection of product, measure and quote, and coordination of installation and post-installation customer follow up.
Key responsibilities:
Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales.
Adhere to sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions.
Utilise CRM system to manage sales pipeline.
Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward.
Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs.
Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services.
Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed.
Project managing and coordinating trades.
Weekend work is required for the role.

Generous Base salary - negotiable based on experience.
Top performers will earn in excess of $120k OTE
Car allowance - Fuel card - tools of trade provided.
No experience necessary as full training is provided.
Skills-Experience-Attributes
A proven successful sales background mixed with a competitive nature.
Industry experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently.
Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
Willingness to adapt and implement new sales methods.
Forward thinking, solutions focused with a positive outlook
A passion for interior design / renovating.
A proven track record in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Above all, a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
Current drivers license.
