Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the store team to provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence
• Maintain excellent store presentation standards, ensuring a premium shopping experience for every customer
• Oversee store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and team rostering
• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalised service tailored to their unique needs

What We are Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Store Manager role, ideally within jewellery or consultative retail environments
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentoring
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• A sharp eye for detail and understanding of visual merchandising standards
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
• Experience in store operations, including inventory management and budgeting
