About the role:

- Advise on complex statutory compensation matters and represent clients in tribunal proceedings
- Gain exposure to appellate work and strategic case planning
- Work closely with senior lawyers in a dynamic, high-performing team
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with at least 1+ year PQE, but open to strong candidates with relevant pre-admission Workers Comp experience.
- Genuine interest in statutory compensation or employment law
- Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
- The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
