About the role:

• Join a national team with strong local expertise in South Australia’s return-to-work scheme
• Advise on complex statutory compensation matters and represent clients in tribunal proceedings
• Gain exposure to appellate work and strategic case planning
• Work closely with senior lawyers in a dynamic, high-performing team

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with at least 1+ year PQE, but open to strong candidates with relevant pre-admission Workers Comp experience.
• Genuine interest in statutory compensation or employment law
• Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
• The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
