About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE to join our family law team. As a Solicitor in our family law practice, you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients.

The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of family law matters, including:

Divorce and separation

Parenting arrangements

Property settlements

Spousal maintenance

Family violence intervention orders

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client files from initial consultation to resolution

Provide clear and empathetic legal advice

Represent clients in court and mediation settings

Stay updated with family law legislation and precedents

Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies

What we're looking for

Admitted to practice law in Australia with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in family law

A strong understanding of family law legislation, regulations, and best practices

Strong interpersonal and communication skills - with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically

Commitment to providing high-quality legal services

Proactive and adaptable approach to legal practice

Team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
