As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced and highly organised Practice Manager to take on this leadership role with enthusiasm. Approaching managing the day-to-day operations of the firm with a proactive mind set while leading a small team of two, providing support, training, and guidance as needed.

Your tasks and responsibilities as Practice Manager will include:

Monitoring the tax lodgement program and managing workflow for the firm

Attending to corporate secretarial and compliance requirements with ASIC, ATO and other regulatory bodies

Arranging staff training and development

Liaising directly with clients to best understand their needs

Preparation of invoices and receipting payments,

Providing Partners with monthly performance reports

To be considered for this leadership opportunity, you will:

Have a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a reputable firm

Be enthusiastic about developing and training the team

Utilise exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Hold experience leading a team at manager level

Work closely and collaboratively with the team and Partners to deliver exceptional service
