About the Role

As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor project works across a variety of commercial sites. You'll work independently and as part of a team to minimise client disruption and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret plumbing drawings and specifications

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems (water, gas, sewer, stormwater)

Respond to reactive maintenance issues, including leaks, blockages, and gas problems

Carry out preventative maintenance

Install new fixtures and prepare job quotes for minor works

Maintain accurate documentation and safety records

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Comply with WHS and client-specific requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

VBA Registration or Plumbing Licence

Ability to drive a manual vehicle

Own hand tools (power tools provided)

White Card

Valid Driver’s Licence

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

Backflow Prevention & TMV certification

Confined space, EWP, and Working at Heights certification

Strong understanding of WHS and risk management protocols
