About the role

Due to a period of sustained growth, Joniec Plumbing is looking for an experienced and exceptional Plumber on a full-time basis to join our highly motivated team in Melbourne.

Role and responsibilities

High-quality plumbing for commercial/residential customers

Liaise with customers prior/during commencement

Assist with the training and supervision of plumbing apprentices

Investigate complex plumbing issues and provide best solutions

Work to proactively manage plumbing issues for customers

Maintain a high level of customer service and aim to increase customer loyalty

About you

Registered Plumber

Substantial prior experience in maintenance plumbing - ideally five years or more

Experience in quoting preferred but not essential

Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude

Current manual driver’s license and white card

Desirable traits

Good self-presentation

Ability to work well with a team as well as work autonomously

Good listening and problem solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills
