FourQuarters has partnered with a globally established logistics and transport organisation, seeking a Treasury Accountant to lead the cash management and accounts receivable function.

The Job
This role will see you report directly to the CFO, managing daily cash flow and overseeing a small team.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited too:

• Monitor daily cash balances and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts
• Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team
• Oversee customer credit, collections, and debtor reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements
• Drive process improvements across AR and treasury functions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles

To be successful in this role:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline with CA/CPA qualification highly desired
• Previously experience in a treasury and AR role
• Proficient working knowledge of Excel and ERPs (Xero, MYOB)
• Proven team leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
