What is our Social Worker role?

This position provides clinical social work services to adult consumers of the Community Mental Health Service; provides consultation to other staff, consumers, families/carers and other services; functions as a case manager in a multidisciplinary team; is responsible for the clinical management of consumers and families/carers in nominated areas.

The Mental Health and Dental Health Services (MHDHS) Community Adult Mental Health Stream provides evidence based, specialised mental health services supported by strategic planning. The service is committed to working alongside service providers, consumers and carer stakeholders, to promote optimal mental health for those referred to our service
