The role:
Join as a Business Analyst to drive the successful delivery of a high-impact telecommunications project by defining and validating critical business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse current contract structure and its impact across technology and operations
• Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Translate requirements into actionable functional and non-functional specifications
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals
• Conduct gap analysis to assess risks, opportunities, and system needs
• Review carrier contract and support renegotiation strategy
• Document technical inputs to assist subject matter experts with solution validation

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex ICT environments
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated success in managing requirements across technical and business domains
