Mt Kuring-Gai Dental is seeking a friendly and motivated Casual Dental Assistant to join our team. You will support our dental practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care in a modern and supportive clinical environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist chairside during all procedures

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments in line with infection control standards

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Manage patient records and assist with appointment scheduling and recalls

Support patients during their visit to ensure a comfortable and professional experience

Perform administrative and general clinical tasks as required

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not essential – training can be provided

Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to hygiene, infection control, and detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and available for shifts during weekdays (and possibly some Saturdays)
