One of Australia’s top ASX-listed companies is embarking on a major enterprise-wide HRIS transformation and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the broader program delivery team. This role will focus on ensuring both business functions and delivery partners remain aligned and ready as the organisation implements a next-generation HR system. This is a high-visibility, business-facing role within a complex environment, requiring equal focus on business change and technology delivery. You’ll work closely with functional leads, internal stakeholders, and a leading implementation partner to coordinate activities, manage delivery, and support a successful go-live across key functions like workforce planning, payroll, rostering, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of a new HRIS platform across multiple business units and locations

Ensure business stakeholders are engaged, supported, and prepared for the system rollout

Support business readiness activities including change impact assessments and communication planning

Liaise between business, IT, and external vendors to align scope, timelines, and expectations

Track progress across workstreams, managing risk, budget, scope, and interdependencies

Act as the critical link between delivery partners and internal teams to ensure momentum and clarity

What You Bring:

Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide HRIS or Systems Transformation projects in large, complex organisations

10 + years experience within Project Delivery and Change Management

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills

Demonstrated ability to drive delivery in environments with multiple moving parts and stakeholders

Sound understanding of how HR system changes impact business operations, processes, and workforce roles

Experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar enterprise systems

A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to maintain structure, visibility, and progress across the program
