Job Description

How you’ll make an impact

In this role, you’ll support our team of 6 experienced dentists across a wide range of treatments, ensuring each procedure runs efficiently and smoothly. You'll play a key part in creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere where patients of all ages feel at ease and cared for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining strict infection control protocols, and sterilising instruments to the highest standards. Beyond the clinical tasks, you'll be a valued member of our tight-knit team, collaborating closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and contribute to the smooth, professional running of the practice.

Qualifications

Your experience and approach

Your greatest asset is a positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit! While previous dental experience and a Certificate III in Dental Assisting is a bonus, it’s not essential - we value great communication, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset with a warm, professional approach. The ability to speak additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Hindi is a plus, helping us to further connect with our multilingual community.
