TAX ACCOUNTANT – INTERMEDIATE – FULL TIME – CARINGBAH

We are a small firm of Accountants located in Caringbah looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join us.

The successful applicant would have experience in public practice, have completed a recognised accounting course at University or TAFE, be competent with Xero and be familiar with tax software

ABOUT THE ROLE

You would be responsible for the following:

· Preparation of individual, partnership, trust & company tax returns across a number of various industries

· Preparation of financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals

· Preparation of Business & Instalment Activity Statements

· Assisting clients with accounting software solutions (Xero, MYOB)

ABOUT YOU

The successful applicant will have:

· Experience in public practice accounting in an Australian firm

· Good computer knowledge with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Handisoft and Xero would be preferred but not essential

· Good attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal

· An enthusiastic attitude

Salary – Depending upon experience – To be negotiated
