Located at Ocean Shores NSW, just 30 minutes south of Tweed Heads and around the same north from Byron Bay, Ocean Shores Country Club is looking for a Bar & Gaming Supervisor to join our fantastic team.

About you:

A hands-on position with proven experience in the hospitality industry

Motivated to lead and work as part of a team

Genuine interest in service and a passion for hospitality

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across 7 days and nights on a rotating roster

Qualifications & experience

Excellent knowledge and practical skills relating to hotel or registered club operations including; cash handling and reconciliation, venue security, bar, coffee shop & gaming operations (including gaming machines, TAB and Keno)

Excellent computer literacy

Hold current NSW RSA & RCG and unrestricted driver’s license

Tertiary qualifications in hospitality are desirable

Tasks & responsibilities

Supervising Club House activities and trading operations

Motivating and leading staff

Liaising with multiple stakeholders (e.g. golf, bowls, interest and groups)

Staff training and induction in line with the Club’s policies

Ensuring compliance with legislative responsibilities
