The Ballpark is Brisbane’s home of batting cages, digital darts, premium pool tables, cold beer and even cooler vibes. We’re located at Portside Wharf, Hamilton, and we’re all about good times, great service, and a big ol’ Aussie welcome with a cheeky nod to American hospitality.

We’re growing fast and on the lookout for casual all-rounders who love people, don’t take themselves too seriously, and know how to keep the good vibes flowing from bar to batting cage.

About the Role

This is a true hospitality all-rounder role – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can chat to anyone, and thrives in creating a high-energy environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

Welcoming and inducting guests into the batting cages (don’t worry – we’ll train you!)

Monitoring bookings and keeping the shift running smoothly

Serving drinks and running the bar

Maintaining a clean floor and keeping glasses stocked

Offering friendly banter and brilliant service that makes people want to come back

Recommending games, drinks, and all the best ways to win (or lose with style)

Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Awesome):

We’re also looking for someone to help with social content creation. If you’re studying or experienced in media, communications, marketing or content production, or just love a creative side hustle, let us know! A few hours a week of filming, editing or creating could be part of the gig.
