Job Title: Drilling Travel Coordinator (8-Week Contract)

We’re urgently seeking a Drilling Travel Coordinator to join our campaign on a short-term basis, starting ASAP. This is a contract role expected to run for approximately 8 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all crew changes and travel logistics for drilling personnel

Manage bookings for flights, accommodation, and ground transport

Ensure all logistics are aligned with project schedules and personnel requirements

Communicate effectively with drilling teams, vendors, and internal departments

Maintain accurate records and updates in relevant systems

Requirements:

Proven experience using VantagePOB (VPOB)

Previous experience coordinating travel in a drilling or offshore environment

Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
