We’re after a detail-obsessed legend who can pack, check and ship gear with military precision, yet still crack a smile over barista coffee and demo days on the river.

What you’ll nail every shift

Run Surfbee’s outbound QA checklist—no autonomous vessel leaves Albury without your final tick.

Pick, pack & protect boats, spares and accessories for journeys near and far.

Book freight & print labels through our carriers and freight-forwarders.

Enter shipment data in our ERP / inventory system and keep records spotless.

Maintain stock levels—flag low parts, re-order consumables, update counts.

Receive inbound goods & RMAs and log them into the system.

Cycle counts & stocktakes—you’ll know exactly where that last part is hiding.

Create export docs (invoices, packing lists) and check Incoterms are spot-on (we have a system, it's easy).

Must-haves

Solid admin experience (logistics or inventory a bonus).

Eagle-eye for detail—you spot a missing screw from 10 paces.

Comfortable lifting up to ~20 kg safely.

Full, unrestricted Australian work rights.

Proactive, tidy, safety-first attitude (with a dash of humour).

(Nice-to-haves: experience with any inventory software)
