Flavio and Sons Civil is a family-owned earthmoving business which has been operating in South Australia for over 35 years.

Our typical work ranges from medium - large civil packages and wet-hire work, including bulk excavation, base preparations, detailed excavations and storm water installation.

Currently we have a large range of our own plant/machinery, ranging from 2t - 40t Excavators (with UTS & GPS), Grader, Skid Steers, Roller & Loader, Semi and Tandem tippers.

Job description:

With a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to add experienced operators to our dynamic and versatile team. The role requires a candidate with 3+ years’ operating experience, who can hit the ground running and add to the great company culture. Ideally you will have experience on tier 1 or 2 building sites and exposure to UTS/GPS machine guidance preferred.

The position ensures a good work/life balance, which requires work availability Monday - Friday, with Saturday & nightworks typically only project specific.
