About the Role Maxima has been engaged to recruit an experienced Civil Worker / Plant Operator to join a great team, who are passionate about working on meaningful This is your opportunity to work on projects that benefit and support the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plant equipment including Front End Loader and Excavator
  
  
• Undertake general civil maintenance and construction tasks
  
  
• Work within a team to deliver road and infrastructure upgrades
  
  
• Conduct pre-start checks and ensure machinery is safe and compliant
  
  
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and environmental best practices
  
  

About You You are an experience in a range of civil works and have the following skillset.

• Valid Truck Licence (MR or HR preferred)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Front End Loader and/or Excavator ticket
• Preferably a Backhoe ticket
• Work Zone Traffic Management ticket highly regarded
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
• A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a team environment

Benefits

• $45–$50 per hour casual rate
