We are a supplier to the Federal Government and have two interesting roles within the public sector. Our client is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director (ANZ) to drive and lead growth across defence and intelligence sectors and deepen relationships with law enforcement agencies in the ANZ region.

Location: Remote within Australia (must have valid work rights)
Work Type: Permanent – Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic relationships across state and federal accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Identify and close new business while expanding existing partnerships
  • Develop account plans that drive consistent growth and customer satisfaction
  • Act as a trusted advisor to law enforcement decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and long-term success
  • Drive strategic sales across the public sector/defence & security sector
  • Build long-term partnerships and manage complex enterprise accounts
  • Lead and develop account plans, align to sector-specific objectives, and maintain consistent pipeline growth
  • Work closely with integrators, executive stakeholders, and key influencers across agencies
  • Deliver tailored presentations and become a trusted voice in strategic planning and procurement discussions
  • Understand customer roadmaps, emerging needs, and shape future solution alignments

Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in public sector technology
  • Proven ability to manage long-term, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Strong understanding of Australian public procurement processes
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the Australian policing environment is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of success with key agencies and large account management
  • Deep sector knowledge, including procurement, contracting, processes etc.
  • Existing network of senior contacts within government, defence, or intelligence preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating globally with cross-functional teams
