About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Representatives to join our team at 5 Star Timber in Ravenhall, VIC. This part-time role will see you providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their Fencing and Decking needs in our retail store.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Providing product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find the right Fencing and decking solutions for their projects

Accurately processing sales transactions and cash handling

Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-stocked retail environment

Supporting the broader retail team with other duties as required

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Retail or customer-facing experience, ideally in the hardware or timber industry

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
