Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results

Drive customer engagement by creating personalised, memorable service experiences

Oversee store operations, stock control, and ensure outstanding visual merchandising

Manage staffing, performance, and compliance in line with business goals

Drive profitability through strong sales management, cost control, and effective team planning

Prioritise and execute operational tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in retail store management (computer hardware industry highly regarded)

Previous HR or people management experience preferred (recruitment, performance reviews, conflict resolution, etc.)

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

A hands-on leader with a positive, can-do attitude and team-first mentality

Ability to multitask, make informed decisions, and adapt quickly under pressure

Solid understanding of sales targets, reporting, and KPIs

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy
