Croydon Tennis Centre OOSH is seeking an experienced Coordinator (or Senior Responsible Person ready to step up) to lead our brand-new Enfield Public School site. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing service—with your own dedicated OOSH space on school grounds, strong team culture, and the backing of a highly supportive management team.
You’ll join a forward-thinking service that rosters above ratio, values collaboration, and invests in professional growth. You’ll also work closely with our Approved Provider and Multi-Site Manager to help shape a high-quality, inclusive program that reflects the voices and needs of the children in our care.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Enfield OOSH site – oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth delivery of care and learning experiences
Act as the Nominated Supervisor, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies
Mentor a small team of educators, fostering reflective practice and high expectations
Take on the Educational Leader role, guiding planning, documentation, and critical reflection
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the school community
Champion a play-based, inclusive, and child-led program aligned with My Time Our Play
Work collaboratively with leadership across both sites to align vision, values, and practices
Use rostered non-contact time to complete planning, observations, and team meetings
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Coordinator, Nominated Supervisor, or Senior Responsible Person
Strong knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, NQS, and My Time Our Place
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for team development
Experience in planning, documenting, and evaluating programs
A proactive and reflective approach to behaviour guidance
Excellent communication skills and ability to build community partnerships
A genuine passion for middle childhood and a commitment to child safety
WWCC and current accredited Child Protection Training
