Their NSW team is expanding due to a growing project pipeline – offering you a chance to grow, lead, and advance in a well-resourced and forward-thinking environment.

The Opportunity You’ll spearhead delivery of a $100M aged care facility in Lane Cove, working within a well-established site team that includes a Site Manager and 4 Foremen. You’ll own your section of the build – driving subcontractor performance, coordinating trades, managing site activity, and ensuring works run on time and within quality and safety benchmarks.

Once complete, you’ll transition seamlessly onto a large-scale education project near Parramatta, ensuring long-term continuity and opportunity for progression.

• Salary: $160K – $185K (depending on experience)
• Roster: Monday to Friday + every third Saturday only

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth delivery of your allocated zone
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet milestones and maintain program
• Enforce WHS protocols and champion a safety-first culture on site
• Facilitate daily briefings, toolbox talks, and track site documentation
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and consultants
• Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment to maximise productivity
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays

What You Bring

• 5+ years' experience as a Foreman delivering $50M+ projects in aged care, education, or health
• Proven ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and drive program
• Deep understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and live environments
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Current White Card, NSW Driver’s License, and relevant trade qualifications
