About the Role

This role supports the delivery of modern data integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. You'll design and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable data pipelines across enterprise systems, playing a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across a major transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SQL
• Build and maintain data models optimised for performance and accuracy
• Implement validation checks to ensure high-quality, consistent data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet integration requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to support operational continuity
• Document solutions with clear technical specifications and data flow diagrams

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in data engineering, integration, and modelling
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing principles
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and cloud-based data tools (desirable)

Existing Baseline & ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
