The Role

• Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
• Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
• Create a fun, collaborative and stimulating environment for team members
• Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
• Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community

Role Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
• Previous experience within a Centre Director position
• Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks, rating and assessment process
• Effective communication and management skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and the community
• Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices

The Company
This beautiful service is located in Murtoa. Opening its doors 7:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a purpose built service with a large outdoor area filled with stimulating activities for the children. The classrooms are filled with natural light and amazing facilities.
