We are on the lookout for TWO Casual Sales Assistants to join the front of our jewellery store. These are customer-facing roles where you'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers with purchases

Handling high value items with care and confidence

Operating EFTPOS and handling cash transactions

Learning about our products to help customers make informed choices

Setting up and maintaining an attractive and tidy retail area

Answering customer enquiries in store, via phone and email

Supporting with deliveries, stock handling, and general store upkeep

Communicating and liaising with suppliers

Using computer systems to generate invoices and quotes for customers

Opening and closing duties (as rostered)

Maintaining website inventory, keeping accurate up to date stock levels

Quarterly stocktake

Update digital advertising for front window and website

About you:

Previous experience in retail, sales and customer service

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential

Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner

Well presented and organised

Knowledge of jewellery is very highly regarded, however not essential.
You must be a quick learner if you have no history of working within this industry.

A knowledge of accounting software is preferable, however not essential as we will provide training for our unique systems.

The successful applicant will need to be willing to undergo a police check.
