About the role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled boilermaker or metal fabricator to join our team. You’ll be hands-on, fabricating and assembling components for our modular bridges. You will also be a natural leader, helping our two apprentices (1st Year & 3rd Year) get the necessary skills to become fully qualified tradespeople.

Skills and experience

Successful candidate will:

Hold a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent boilermaking qualification

Display proficiency in all facets of metal work including fabrication, welding and component assembly

Previous experience leading apprentices in a collaborative and positive environment

Be able to work well in a team environment

Have an eye for detail and be able to work to deadlines

Be pro-active and willing to learn our unique systems
