What you’ll actually do:

Design and execute a "Story" for every campaign

Capture and create content that gets attention (video, social posts, stories, reels)

Get our team fired up and involved (yes, you're rallying the troops)

Stay across trends and apply them fast

Understand the platforms and how to make the algorithm work for us

Help turn every property into a campaign, and every campaign into a funnel

Track what works—if your content leads to an appraisal, you get a bonus

Assist with getting the legal work ready for properties and clients onboarded

What you’ll need:

Creativity and initiative—don’t wait to be told what to make

Solid understanding of TikTok, Insta, and Facebook content styles

Confidence with a camera (both sides of it)

Ability to edit quickly for impact, not perfection

A real interest in people, property, and community

How you’ll get paid:

Flat rate + bonuses tied to results (if someone books an appraisal from your work—you get a cut)
