A good understanding of all bakery machinery is a requirement to be able to do your job.starting time of work will be determined by production requirements each day. But will predominantly be night shift.

This is best described as a straight forward bakery with the usual products, like Pies , cakes , pastries , Breads , rolls ,buns.
