We are seeking a hardworking, detail oriented and reliable Civil machine operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist in various tasks on-site, and operate various machinery for a construction company.

Your Duties May Include:

Operating, maintaining, and managing civil works onsite

Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment

General site setup and clean-up – fencing, RW's, and material handling

Performing site preparation, maintenance, and cleaning

Operating hand and power tools safely

Overseeing levels, set-outs, excavation and earthmoving tasks

Spotting and working safely around machinery and live services

Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised worksite

Carrying out general labour site duties as assigned by the site manager

Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors with construction tasks

What We’re Looking For:

White Card (mandatory)

Civil machinery tickets (Excavator, Loader, skid steer, etc.)

Traffic Control ticket – desirable

Prior experience in civil construction, landscaping, concreting, or plumbing. Proven experience is mandatory for this role to hit the ground running.

Physically fit, reliable, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions

Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude

Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

What We Offer:

$38–$48 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
