Located in beautiful Mount Gambier, SA, this successful company is experiencing steady growth and client expansion, and seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their Senior Leadership Team. This brand is synonymous for their quality of work across the building & construction sectors and offer a rare opportunity.

Your Role
Reporting to the Director, you will work closely with all senior leaders and accounts clerks to oversee the Finance function in the business. Experience in accountancy and financial management is paramount, and tax agent registration is highly regarded. Duties include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting and budgeting
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Overseeing payments, preparing and lodging BAS, and ensuring tax compliance
• Overseeing Debtors and Creditors
• Managing superannuation and insurance obligations
• Improving accounting systems and processes

About You

• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting (CPA/CA)
• Sound experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Management Accountant
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and digitally astute
• Seeking a long-term career with a scaling business

Other Details
The position is full-time and based in Mt Gambier with some hybrid options available. Remuneration guide is $120 - 150K + Super + Bonus Structure.
